Hands up all those people who hate websites that talk AT you. Droning on while you fumble around trying to the mute button or worst still those sites that don't provide a mute button.
When I'm emperor you will only be allowed to have sites where hearing the audio is a visitor option, 'click here' to listen to audio presentation.
And add in that is is a complete waste of your internet download limit. The pop up ads drive my nuts.
